Corporate Entertainment Hire

Corporate entertainment hire covers the wider company diary: staff parties and summer BBQs, family fun days, award evenings and Christmas dos, client hospitality and exhibition stands. The kit that suits a marquee lawn and the kit that suits a function room are different animals, and most corporate sites end up booking a bit of both. If the day is built around organised races and scored team games, the corporate team building formats have their own write-up; this page is about the entertainment around them.

Staff parties, BBQs and family fun days

A summer fun day usually wants one anchor attraction the crowd can gather round, then enough short-round games that nobody spends the afternoon in a queue. The rodeo bull settles on a flat 20ft by 20ft patch with around 10ft of clear height and a single socket, the surf simulator rides in a hall or on a grass pitch, and zorbing wants the biggest site of the lot: a 20m by 15m (66ft by 50ft) track on reasonably flat grass. Human table football turns ten players into a match in minutes. Pedal go-karts cover the youngest guests at a family day, and the garden games fill the space between turns on the big pieces.

We bring all of it with our own crew. A returning client's company charity day in Southampton in June 2026 ran the rodeo bull and the electronic games indoors, with the climbing wall and an assault course out on the grass, which is the usual split for a site with a function room and grounds. National Grid's annual fun day in Hampshire is another entry in the summer diary, and a company sports day at Lakeside North Harbour in Portsmouth finished on the Sweeper. For a family day, give us the age range with the numbers, because a programme that suits a team of adults won't hold the attention of a five-year-old for long.

Award evenings, Christmas parties and client hospitality

Function-room bookings run on the plug-in range. The dance machine, the arcade machines, the racing simulator and air hockey all run off a standard 13amp socket, while the shuffleboard and table tennis need no power at all. The interactive darts cabinet wants a socket within reach of its throwing lane. The magic selfie mirror and photo booths print on the night so guests go home with the keepsake, and several of the plug-in pieces come with one of our team running them throughout, which leaves the bar staff to the bar.

The same mix works at the formal end of the diary. An officers' summer ball at HMS Sultan had laser clay pigeon shooting, the rodeo bull, the magic mirror and an assault course together, and the Commissioning Ball at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst ran reaction games and the Gold Cup horse racing challenge. Come December, the office parties take the rodeo reindeer and the Christmas photo booth round the county's hotels and function rooms.

Exhibitions and brand activations

On an exhibition stand, the job is stopping foot traffic and holding it long enough to talk. The interactive darts and the Batak Pro do that with a scoreboard people argue about, and the prize vault and prize wheel pull a crowd with something to win. The branded leaderboards keep a running score with a sponsor's name above it, and several pieces in the fleet can carry a client's artwork in place of our own house print, which is set out on the branding page. The exhibition-specific picks are listed on the exhibition games page.

The paperwork procurement asks for

We've run Monster Event Hire from our commercial unit in Havant since 2002, and the fleet and the crew are ours, so nothing arrives sub-hired from an agency. Cover runs to £10 million public liability with the additional licensed-premises insurance the hotel and bar bookings need. Every inflatable is PIPA-tagged and inspected annually by our in-house RPII inspector, the climbing wall, rodeo and Sweeper carry ADIPS inspections as mechanical devices, and the electrics are PAT-tested. Everyone we send is enhanced-DBS registered, first-aid trained and has passed the RPII operator examinations, and the insurance certificate, risk assessments and method statements are part of the quote email for the procurement file.

To get a quote moving, send us the date and the venue with its postcode, how many people are coming and the age range if families are invited, the format you have in mind, the indoor and outdoor space with its measurements, the surface, access, power and a rough product mix. If procurement needs the documents by a set date, tell us at the start and the pack is attached to the quote.

The level of speed, efficiency and professionalism that Jamie showed on the day was outstanding. Everyone who played thoroughly enjoyed themselves and the event ran flawlessly.
