Branding
Branding turns a hire game into part of the campaign. Several pieces in the fleet are built around printed panels, which means the face the public sees can carry a sponsor's logo and colours in place of our house print, and the photo at the top of this page is our own kit wearing exactly that. If you're planning a launch, an exhibition stand or a sponsor activation, send the artwork and we'll confirm what each piece can take.
The kit that carries a print
The newest addition to the fleet arrived wearing a full printed wrap with the Monster event hire branding on the face, which gives a fair picture of what a wrapped unit looks like on a stand. The branded leaderboards are the tall write-on scoreboards that turn an activity into a competition: blank strips with a dry-wipe marker and eraser that live on the base, so names and scores go up as the results come in and a sponsor's name sits over the lot on the printed wrap. The magnetic leaderboard pair keeps a running table the same way: ten white strips a board and nothing to plug in, with the marker clipped to the top.
The prize wheel faces are printed, so the segments are written to order: raffle prizes, discount percentages, forfeits for a team day or plain numbers for a tombola. The wheel stands on a level floor and needs no power, so it goes wherever the footfall is. Two house prints cover the calendar - a Christmas print with Santa at the hub and 32 numbered segments, and the black, pink and blue Spin to Win face - and a client's artwork takes the place of either. The prize vault and the gold bar game both sit on printed plinths that take a campaign wrap. Sparsholt College's Halloween event had the prize vault out alongside the green screen photo booth, part of the wider photo booth range, and pixel play.
Some pieces take a full wrap, some take a printed face or panel, and a few don't take branding at all. Tell us which pieces you have in mind and we'll confirm what's possible before anything is committed to print.
Where branded kit gets used
Exhibition stands use it to stop foot traffic and hold it long enough to talk: a quick-fire game with a running scoreboard gives the stand team a reason to talk to everyone who plays. Product launches and roadshows use the wheel and the plinth games as the giveaway mechanic, with the client's artwork on every surface the queue looks at. University freshers fairs and corporate family days run the same kit with a sponsor's logo on it, and the exhibition-specific picks are gathered on the exhibition games page.
The business behind the print
We've run Monster Event Hire from our commercial unit in Havant since 2002, and everything on this page is ours - delivered and collected by our own crew with nothing sub-hired. Cover runs to £10 million public liability insurance with the additional licensed-premises cover, the inflatables across the fleet are PIPA-tagged and inspected annually by our in-house RPII inspector, and the electrics are PAT-tested. Risk assessments and method statements are part of the quote pack, and every member of the team we send is enhanced-DBS registered and first-aid trained. If you'd rather have a piece run by our operator than supervised by your own staff, say so on the enquiry and we'll quote it staffed.
Send the artwork or the logo, the pieces you're interested in, the event date and the venue, and we'll come back with what each piece can carry and a quote to match. If the artwork is still with a designer, the pieces can be confirmed first and the print sorted afterwards. For the wider corporate side of the diary, the corporate entertainment hire page covers the range beyond the branded pieces.
