Employee Engagement Event Hire

Employee engagement event hire covers the less formal side of a company day: staff rewards, induction events, charity days, summer BBQs and socials where joining in is optional. If you need fixed teams and a scored programme, the corporate team-building page is the better starting point.

A mix people can opt into

A staff event usually works better when not every activity demands the same level of effort. Human table football, Dash N Grab and the Sweeper give you short physical rounds. Interactive darts, the Batak Pro, laser clay pigeon shooting and Gold Cup horse racing offer a competition without asking everyone to run an assault course.

For a summer BBQ or company family day, tell us whether partners and children are invited. An age range is more useful than saying it is a family event, because each product has its own limits.

Real company events

A West Sussex team-building event in May 2026 used the Big Red assault course with laser clay pigeon shooting. At a company sports day at Lakeside North Harbour, the Sweeper finished the sports games. A returning client's charity day in Southampton combined electrical games and a rodeo bull indoors with a climbing wall and assault-course equipment outside. These examples show the range of layouts, but they are not fixed packages.

V W wrote after a corporate staff event that communication was "excellent from start to finish" and that our team had "great interaction with the staff on the day". Andrew McGregor said an STFC graduate event at Cosener's House "ran flawlessly" and that Monster would be recommended in the report for senior managers and future graduates.

Planning the day

Send the headcount, event format, available session time and whether participation is optional or organised into teams. We also need the usable space, surface, access and power. We will check the shortlist and set out the staffing on the quote rather than leave it until the day.

We have run Monster Event Hire from our commercial unit in Havant since 2002. The fleet and staff are our own. We carry £10 million public liability insurance, risk assessments and method statements are available, inflatables are PIPA-tagged and inspected annually, and electrical kit is PAT-tested. Our operators are RPII-examined, first-aid trained and enhanced-DBS registered.

We cover Hampshire, Surrey, West Sussex and London. Send the venue, date, numbers, timings and rough product mix when you ask for a quote.

We used this company for our recent corporate staff event. Excellent communication from start to finish. Arrived on time and had great interaction with the staff on the day. We will 100% be using them again.
