Shooting Games

Shooting Games And Archery Hire

This range includes Archery, Combat Tag Archery, Laser Shot, Laser Clay Pigeon Shooting and Laser Quest Hire. It suits events where guests want a clear challenge, visible scoring and supervised turn-taking rather than a free-for-all activity.

Space and safety rules vary by item. The Archery page lists a 40ft by 60ft operating area with clear space behind, while Laser Clay Pigeon Shooting lists a 30m by 10m area and up to five players at once. Some items work indoors, some outdoors, and some need a clearer exclusion area than others. Send the event location, surface, indoor or outdoor setting, timings and expected age range. We will match the activity to the site and provide paperwork for schools, councils, venues and corporate organisers where needed. Choosing between them is about range and crowd: archery is the taught, staffed classic for schools and scouts; combat tag archery turns the same bows into a tag game for teens and corporate teams; the Laser Shot and laser clay pigeon shooting give visible scores without projectiles, which venues and councils prefer indoors; and the laser quest arena is the ten-player arena piece that fills a field or hall on its own. The crossbow challenge is the fairground-style have-a-go that works at a fete stall. Every one of these is a supervised activity run by our own staff, who are RPII-examined where inflatables are involved, first-aid trained and enhanced-DBS registered, which is the combination school and council bookings ask for by name. The £10 million public liability certificate, the risk assessments and the method statements go out on request, and we will send them before you commit rather than after.

Shooting & Archery Hire - common questions

Which of these suits a school fair best?

Archery with our instructors is the usual pick, because it teaches a skill in a five-minute turn and the exclusion zone is straightforward to marshal. Laser Shot and the crossbow challenge are the two that work at a stall rather than a range, if the fairground layout is tighter than the field.

Can laser tag run indoors?

The laser quest arena needs about 35ft by 35ft with 8ft of height indoors, and it inflates on site, so sports halls work well. Laser clay pigeon shooting wants roughly 30m by 10m and is better outdoors, and Laser Shot is happy on a stand or a stage.

Are these activities safe for younger children?

Archery and combat tag archery start from around six with our instructors supervising every turn, and the laser games have no projectiles at all. The crossbow challenge is the one with a taller-rider bias. Tell us the age range and we will steer you to the right set.
