Christmas party entertainment is usually indoors, in a hotel, school hall, office, marquee or venue room, so space, power and access matter as much as the theme. The list above includes the rodeo reindeer, Christmas pudding rodeo, snowboard simulator, Christmas photo booth, dance machine, arcade games and smaller electronic games.

Some pieces need a trained operator with them throughout the event. Others can be set up, checked and handed over. If the party is in a licensed venue, ask about the insurance paperwork early, because we carry additional cover for licensed premises but the venue may want to see it before the day. Send the venue, floor level, timings, access details and any preferred items when you enquire. December diaries can get a bit tight, but the practical details still decide what will actually fit. The range groups into four: the seasonal rodeo attachments, the reindeer and the Christmas pudding, always with an operator and always busy; the photo side, the Christmas photo booth and the magic selfie mirror; the electronic and arcade games, from the dance machine and retro arcade machines to Whack an Elf and the Christmas mega wire; and the family pieces like Santa's grotto, the inflatable snow globe and the snowboard simulator. A staff Christmas do usually takes two or three of these in one room, and the sumo suits and under pressure are the fillers that keep the room moving between the headline pieces. Book early for December, especially the Saturday nights either side of the office party fortnight, because the staffed items are limited by people as much as kit. Everything travels with our own crews from Havant, the electronics are PAT-tested, the rodeos are ADIPS certified, and we hold the additional licensed-premises insurance that hotel, pub and club venues ask to see before they let anyone set up.
