Ascot is about 50 miles from the Havant workshop, usually A3 and M25 or M3 depending on the day. We are up that way for school events, boarders' weekends, family fun days and corporate bookings around Ascot, Sunninghill, Sunningdale and the nearby Berkshire villages.

The recent Ascot work has been very school-led: leavers' BBQs, Sunday activity sessions and outdoor fun-day kit for LVS Ascot and its associated school events. Those jobs suit the larger inflatables and competitive kit because they give older pupils something to get stuck into, rather than a single small castle sitting in the corner of a field.

A school or venue in Ascot gets the same paperwork as a council or corporate booking: £10 million public liability insurance, PIPA tags on the inflatables, PAT-tested electrics, risk assessment, method statement and DBS-checked staff where we are sending operators.

Event hire in Ascot - common questions

Do you cover Ascot and the surrounding Berkshire villages?

Yes. Ascot, Sunninghill, Sunningdale and nearby Berkshire sites are within our normal wider service area. We run from Havant, so we quote with the mileage and staffing properly allowed for rather than pretending it is a local five-minute job.

Can you supply school reward days and boarders' events in Ascot?

Yes. School work is one of the main reasons we are in Ascot, and the larger activity kit works well for older pupils. We can suggest a mix once we know the age range, the field or hall size and whether the school wants supervised equipment.

What paperwork can you provide for an Ascot venue?

We can send our insurance certificate, risk assessment, method statement, PIPA information and PAT details where they apply. If the venue has its own supplier form, send it over early and we will complete what is relevant.
