Corporate Event Hire Ascot
Corporate event hire in Ascot takes in the hotels and function venues around Sunninghill and Sunningdale, with the racecourse town's summer calendar setting the tone for balls and awards nights. It's roughly 50 miles from the Havant workshop, A3 and then either the M25 or the M3 depending on the day's traffic. Event agencies and office managers book us here for staff parties, team building and end-of-season celebrations, and we're up that way regularly through the summer.
Our work around Ascot
The diary round Ascot has been school-led just lately. We ran the leavers BBQ for the boarders at LVS Ascot in June 2026 and their Sunday funday sessions the summer before, both with the competitive inflatables that suit older pupils, and the corporate bookings come in around Ascot itself and the Berkshire villages. The same crews and vans cover both, so the local knowledge stays current.
For companies, the staff party is the mainstay: a summer BBQ on a hotel lawn, an awards night in a function room, or a Christmas do that needs the room dressed with games. Team building on rotation works well at the venues with grounds, where a morning of team challenges hands over to a barbecue in the afternoon. Conference organisers use us for the evening entertainment when the daytime sessions finish early.
Kit for lawns and function rooms
On the lawn, an anchor attraction gives the day its shape and the short-round games keep it moving. The 150ft Army Assault Course is the statement piece at six sockets; the climbing wall at ten metres is the vertical option, and it needs the van right up beside it to pitch; the rodeo bull wants 20ft by 20ft of flat ground and about 10ft of clear height, indoors or out. Around them, the Sweeper and the High Striker take small groups in quick bursts, and the pedal go-karts cover the youngest guests at a family day, operator included.
The function rooms take the plug-in range. Interactive darts, the dance machine, air hockey, shuffleboard, table tennis and the photo booth all run on standard 13amp sockets, several with our crew running the session, and the racing simulator fits a corner of a marquee. A mixed indoor and outdoor plan is the usual answer to an English summer, and it's worth deciding early which kit goes where.
Paperwork and people
Compliance is straightforward to check. Our public liability cover runs to £10 million and includes licensed premises, which the hotel venues here usually ask to see. Every inflatable is PIPA-tagged and gets its annual inspection from our in-house RPII inspector, and the crew who set up and run the day are enhanced-DBS registered. Insurance certificates, risk assessments and method statements go out on request, usually alongside the quote.
The Ascot event hire hub introduces the local service, and the garden games hire in Ascot page covers the lawn games that pair well with a summer do. The corporate team building page carries the full corporate range, and the Sweeper and interactive darts have product pages of their own.
To start a quote, tell us the date, the venue and postcode, the delegate numbers, the format and timings, team sizes, and the space you have with its measurements, surface, access and power. A rough idea of the product mix helps, and any procurement deadline for the paperwork goes on the job sheet from day one.
The level of speed, efficiency and professionalism that Jamie showed on the day was outstanding. Everyone who played thoroughly enjoyed themselves and the event ran flawlessly.
