Laser Clay Pigeon Shooting
Our laser clay pigeon shooting rig uses infrared shotgun replicas and an automatic clay launcher. Players line up at the shooting stations and take aim at the flying targets while the digital scoreboard tracks every hit and miss. The guns make a bang when you pull the trigger and the board plays the sound of a breaking clay when you connect, which is why it draws a crowd even when people aren't shooting. Up to five can play at once, and the difficulty adjusts, so kids and adults can both walk away with a score they're happy with.
The guns are deactivated replicas, not live firearms. The targets fire out from behind a protective screen, so there's nothing flying at anyone. We set it up on a 30m by 10m run and it works indoors or outdoors. The whole thing runs without mains power, though we can add extra lighting if the venue has a supply.

You can pair it with archery, tag archery, inflatables, or photo booths if you're putting on a bigger event. The laser kit works alongside most other attractions without getting in each other's way.

- Staff-supervised throughout the hire
- Players need to be able to step onto the shooting station unaided
How we hire it out
Delivery, setup, supervision, and takedown are all included. We own all of our kit, so the staff on the day are our staff, not sub-contractors we've passed the job to. Every member of the team is first-aid trained and enhanced-DBS registered, which matters at school events, family parties, and anywhere children are involved.
We've run Monster Event Hire from our unit in Havant since 2002, covering Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex and into London. The policy carries £10 million public liability with additional licensed-premises cover, so we're cleared to work at pubs, clubs and bars as well as village halls, sports fields, and private gardens. The insurance certificate is available on request.

We have worked with Monster for five years now, from the very first year of our event. Our festival has grown considerably since it’s first year and Monster have supported us along the way with their involvement also growing each year with the festival.
Monster have a great relationship with the young attendees of our event and it’s fair to say that the activities that they provide are an absolute key element to our success and the reason that some kids keep coming back!
I’m sure ours is not the easiest event for Monster as we’re continually changing our requirements right up until the day (and on the day!) but it is never a problem for Joanne and the team who are always able to deliver.
