Gosport is about fifteen miles from the Havant workshop, M27 then A32. We're across PO12 and PO13 most summer weekends for primary school fêtes, naval-community family days, weddings around Stokes Bay and Lee-on-the-Solent, and corporate days for the businesses along the Daedalus site.

We've also supplied the Gosport Summer Passport Scheme and a Gosport Scouts weekend camp, with Zorb Racing, the Last Man Standing Sweeper, pedal go-karts and an assault course. The Passport Scheme kept us busy through the whole of summer 2026, from the Zorb Racing day in July through to the final session in mid-August, taking in a hot-weather day and a session down on the Solent seafront along the way.

Site details and the paperwork

Sites round here are school fields, seafront ground, naval-community venues and wedding lawns, and a few details help us plan. The working numbers are the same for every Gosport site: the kit sits within 50 metres of the van, the route in is at least 36 inches wide, and every inflatable draws from a 13A socket within 20 metres. Parking for the van is down to the hirer, and a generator travels with us when the nearest socket is out of reach. On the seafront we'll also check the forecast before the day and say straight if the wind will be too much.

The paperwork side is straightforward for any venue or events team: £10 million public liability with licensed-premises cover, PIPA tags traceable on the national database, PAT-tested electrics, and the risk assessment and method statement ready to send. The crew who set up and run it are Monster's own, RPII-examined, first-aid trained and enhanced-DBS registered, and outdoor inflatables carry an anemometer with the 24mph wind procedure.
