Our twin Dance Machine - sometimes booked as a twin dance machine, a two-player dance mat game or a dance simulator - brings lights, music, and a bit of competition to any event. Two players go head-to-head on the dance floor, following the steps on screen while the lights flash and the speakers pump the music. It works just as well at a school disco as it does at a corporate do or a wedding reception where half the guests need coaxing onto the floor and the other half are already there. The Royal Navy got stuck into it at an event in August 2026, and in September it was out at a 500-delegate company induction in London alongside the interactive darts and the Magic Selfie Mirror, with plenty of energy, some big moves and a bit of friendly competition on both days.

The machine comes with built-in speakers and disco lights, so you don't need a separate sound system. It runs off a standard 13amp plug and can be set up indoors or in a marquee. Our staff operate it throughout the hire, keeping the games moving and the music going.

Works well at

Birthday parties and school discos, corporate events and office parties, university freshers events, wedding receptions and family celebrations, and charity fundraisers. It pairs with karaoke, inflatable games or arcade machines if you want to build a bigger entertainment package, and the 80s retro arcade games and Atari Pong table sit either side of it nicely on evening events. The machine is ours and lives at our unit in Havant, where Joanne and David have run Monster Event Hire since 2002. The operator who runs it works for us - first-aid trained and enhanced-DBS registered - and because it's an electrical item it's PAT-tested every year along with the rest of our kit. We carry £10 million public liability insurance with the additional licensed-premises cover for pubs, clubs and bars, and the certificate and a risk assessment are available on request.

We deliver, set up and run the Dance Machine across Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex and into London, including Portsmouth, Southampton, Guildford and London, and we stay on site for the whole hire. Tell us the date, the venue and what else you're booking, and we will come back with a quote.
