Sports And Competitive Game Hire

This category is for event organisers who want competitive activities with clear turns, scores or head-to-head play. It includes football games, archery, bungee runs, gladiator-style challenges, crazy golf, simulators, sumo suits, zorbing and larger inflatable challenges.

The best mix depends on audience, throughput and site conditions. A school fair may need fast, repeatable games with short queues. A corporate day may need team competition. A public fun day may need a wider mix with clear supervision, paperwork and space planning. Tell us the venue, surface, access, timings, age range and expected numbers. We will suggest activities that fit the site rather than simply filling a list with items that may not work on the day. A workable way through the list: for football days, the speed cage, penalty shootout and giant velcro football are on the football games page; for target sports, the archery family sits on the shooting and archery page; the gladiator jousting, pole jousting and sumo suits are the padded duels; the surf, skateboard and snowboard simulators are the balance pieces; and the Wipeout-style challenges carry the sweeper, big balls and zorbing. The multi-item days are where we earn our keep: tell us the headcount, the site and whether it is a school reward day, a sports club fundraiser or a corporate away day, and we will put together a spread that keeps a hundred people busy without a single two-hour queue. Roughly half this range goes out with one of our own operators as standard, and the rest can be staffed on request, so supervision plans are worth discussing at quote stage rather than on the morning.

Sports & Competitive Games - common questions

How do we choose a mix for a school sports day?

Fast-turn stations beat one big ride, because a class needs to cycle through in a lesson slot. The speed cage, penalty shootout and human table football move people quickly, and the multi sports arena absorbs a whole group at once. Tell us the year groups and the pitch space and we will suggest a rotation.

Which of these come with an operator?

The surf, skateboard and snowboard simulators, the sweeper, zorbing, the big balls challenge, archery and combat tag archery always go out staffed by our own RPII-examined operators. The inflatables like the bungee run and gladiator joust can be handed to your marshals once we have anchored and tested them, or staffed on request.

Can these go indoors?

Several can, including the sumo suits, the table games and the electronic pieces. The inflatables need the internal height checked against the unit, and sports halls work well as long as nothing with a hard profile is on the floor plan. Send us the hall measurements and we will rule out what does not fit.
