Winter Party Hire

Winter Party Activities

Winter parties usually need a different sort of planning from summer fun days. More bookings are indoors, daylight is short, access can be tighter, and outdoor inflatables need proper weather judgement rather than wishful thinking.

This range leans towards indoor games, electronic games, photo booths, racing simulators, dance machines, seasonal rodeo rides and the snowboard simulator. Some items can work in a marquee or hall, and others need more height, power or operator space than a quick glance suggests. If the venue is licensed, ask for the insurance certificate with the quote. If you are considering anything inflatable outdoors, tell us the surface and site layout early so we can talk through what is sensible. Most of this range lives in three families: the electronic games (arcade machines, dance machines, reaction games, racing simulators), the photo booths including the Christmas photo booth, and the seasonal rodeo attachments, the reindeer and the Christmas pudding, plus Santa's grotto for the family events. The full seasonal list with the smaller table games is on the Christmas party entertainment page. December fills up earlier than any other month, so the sooner the date is with us the better, especially for Saturday nights and the last two weekends before Christmas. We run all of it from our Havant base with our own crews, and because several of these items are staffed hires, booking early is what secures the people as much as the kit. Send the date, the venue and the rough numbers and we will come back the same day with what fits.
