Prize Wheel Hire

A prize wheel - a spin to win wheel, a wheel of fortune or a lucky dip wheel, depending on who is booking it - is a freestanding wheel on a stand with a pegged rim and a clacking pointer. Guests give it a spin, and whatever segment stops under the pointer is theirs: a prize, a forfeit, a quiz question or the star prize at the top of the board. Everyone in the room knows how it works before they reach it, which is why it works.

The wheel faces are printed, so the segments are written to order. Prize names for a raffle, discount percentages for a retail promotion, challenge or forfeit ideas for a team day, or plain numbers for a tombola. We keep a Christmas print with Santa at the hub and 32 numbered red and green segments, so the wheel comes out of the box ready for Christmas parties, grottos and winter fairs, alongside the rest of the Christmas entertainment.

It's a side stall rather than a headline attraction, so it earns its keep at the edge of things: school fetes and Christmas fairs, shopping centre and retail promotions, charity fundraisers, exhibitions where the wheel doubles as a stand draw, and birthday parties where the prizes are dares.
