Exhibition Game Hire
Exhibition game hire is less about filling a field and more about fitting a useful game into a stand without blocking the aisle. Footprint, power, loading access, round length and whether the score is visible all need checking before branding or prizes are discussed.
Games for a stand or conference room
Short scored games are usually the easiest fit when visitors are stopping between appointments. Racing simulators give you a head-to-head competition, while Pixel Play, interactive darts, the Batak Pro and our other reaction games are simple to join without a long briefing.
On a smaller stand, look at the cash grabber, digital prize wheel or cocktail arcade table. The machine is only part of the footprint, because players and people watching still need to remain inside your stand rather than block the aisle.
Branding and promotions
Branding is available on selected products rather than across the whole range. The cash grabber can use branded notes or vouchers, and the pick and mix stand can carry branded panels. Ask early, because artwork and print layouts have to be agreed before the equipment leaves the workshop.
We do not promise lead numbers or footfall figures. We can explain how each game works, whether a leaderboard or prize mechanic is practical, and which options suit the time and space available.
Access, staffing and paperwork
Tell us the venue, hall and stand number, loading slot, floor level, access, stand dimensions, power supply and operating hours. Sound also matters if your stand sits beside presentations or quieter exhibitors.
We have run Monster Event Hire from our commercial unit in Havant since 2002. The equipment is owned and maintained by us, electrical kit is PAT-tested annually, and the operators we send are our own staff. We carry £10 million public liability insurance, with the certificate, risk assessment and method statement available for the organiser or venue.
We cover venues across Hampshire, Surrey, West Sussex and London. Send the stand plan, access manual, dates and rough game shortlist when you ask for a quote, and we will rule out anything that will not fit before artwork is prepared.
