Chaos 4 Player Reaction Game Hire

Chaos - sometimes called a strike a light game or a 4-player reaction test game - is a tabletop LED game built into a cube-shaped unit, roughly cocktail-table height. Four players stand around it, one at each side, with each side labelled as that player's zone. The playing surface is divided into four colour-coded sections, each with a cluster of large round LED buttons. When the game starts, those buttons light up around the board in the four player colours. You hit the buttons in your colour as fast as you can.

What makes it Chaos rather than a straightforward reaction game is that the colours don't stay put - buttons in your colour appear on other players' sides, and your section lights up in other colours, so everyone is reaching across and scrambling at once. It's a race to 100 points. Games run to around 30 seconds, which means you can put a lot of players through over an afternoon or evening.

The unit is freestanding and runs off a single standard 13-amp socket. Our team can have it set up in around 15 minutes. The footprint is 1.2m x 1.2m and you want around 3m x 3m of clear floor space around it. It works with 2 to 4 players, though four at once is when it earns the name.

We carry £10 million public liability insurance, with a certificate available on request. We also carry licensed-premises cover, which most hire companies don't, so there's no issue with pubs, clubs or bars.
