The size of the job varies a fair bit. An officers' summer ball at HMS Sultan used laser clay pigeon shooting, a rodeo bull, the Magic Mirror, Western games, an assault course and inflatable axe throwing together, while another event had 3,000 Scouts and Brownies attending. For larger events, expected numbers and running time matter as much as the product list because they determine throughput and how many activities are sensible.
