Magic Selfie Mirror

The Magic Selfie Mirror is a full-length mirror set in an ornate gold-effect frame, with a warm LED border running round the inside, and wired up to work as an interactive selfie booth or photo booth. Guests walk up to it, the touchscreen prompts them through a pose or two, they grab whatever takes their fancy from the prop case, and a printed photo lands in their hand a few seconds later. Digital copies can be sent on by email or text for guests who'd rather have the picture on their phone, and the print layout can be branded with the couple's names and date for a wedding, a school's prom theme, or a company logo for a corporate event.

The full setup includes the mirror itself, an LED-lit red carpet runner leading up to it, four chrome posts with red velvet rope to mark out the queue, and a flight case of props (hats, glasses, fancy-dress headwear, and a stack of speech-bubble signs along the lines of "Team Bride", "Best Wedding Ever", "BFF" and so on). The kit is ours, kept in our Havant workshop, not something we sub-hire from anyone else. We staff the mirror throughout, so the person who brings it down sets it up, stays with it through the event to keep the queue moving and help guests get a decent shot, and breaks it back down at the end.

The mirror sits indoors comfortably, and it will go outdoors as long as there's solid cover overhead, since it's all mains-powered and we'd rather not have it out in the rain. We've taken it to weddings, big birthday parties, school proms, graduations, corporate evenings, MOD mess functions, festivals and community events.
