Video & Photo Booth hire

Our combination video and photo booth does both jobs in one unit. Guests choose between taking a still photograph or recording a video message of up to 40 seconds using the touchscreen. The on-screen prompts guide people through the process, so guests figure it out without needing a hand. Photos and video are shot against a curtain with a DSLR camera, and the prints come out there and then. We hand over a USB stick with everything on it at the end of the hire.

The video recording is what makes it different from a standard photo booth. At weddings, guests use it to leave a message for the bride and groom during the reception, which the couple get afterwards on the USB stick along with the photos. At conferences and trade shows, people use it for feedback or a quick promo clip. It works just as well at birthday parties, Christmas dos, school proms, graduation events and christenings.

How we hire it out

Delivery, setup, supervision, and takedown are all included. We own all of our kit, so the staff on the day are our staff, not sub-contractors we've passed the job to. Every member of the team is first-aid trained and enhanced-DBS registered, which matters at school events, family parties, and anywhere children are involved.

We've run Monster Event Hire from our unit in Havant since 2002, covering Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex and into London. The policy carries £10 million public liability with additional licensed-premises cover, so we're cleared to work at pubs, clubs and bars as well as private venues. The insurance certificate is available on request.
