Whack A Mole
Whack a Mole - sometimes called a digital whack-a-mole, an interactive reaction game or an arcade reaction game - is a two-player head-to-head cabinet game. The play surface has an arrangement of circular targets that light up at random, and each player uses a foam hammer to hit them before they go out. A central digital display on the backboard tracks both scores throughout the round and shows who has won when time runs out. Sound effects run throughout.
Rounds are short, so the queue moves quickly. We typically see up to 80 players through per hour at a busy event. The display is bright and readable from a few metres away.

Works well at
It tends to go down well at birthday parties, corporate fun days, school events and university freshers fairs. It also works at village fêtes, exhibitions and trade stands. The short rounds and visible scoring tend to draw in spectators as much as players.
Branded hire for trade stands and promotions
The game has removable panels that can be replaced with your own branded graphics, which makes it useful for trade shows, product launches, brand activations and exhibitions. Mention it when you enquire.
Whack a Mole hire across Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex and London
We have run Monster Event Hire from our unit in Havant since 2002, and all the kit is ours - no sub-contracting. All electrical equipment is PAT-tested annually by certified testers. The person who comes to set up and run the game on the day is one of our own staff, RPII-qualified, first-aid trained and enhanced-DBS registered, which matters if the booking is a school, a children's party or any event involving young people or vulnerable adults. We carry £10 million public liability insurance, with the certificate available on request. We also hold licensed-premises cover, so there is no issue if your venue is a pub, club or bar.
At Christmas we also hire a Whack an Elf version with seasonal theming and the same mechanics. The Lights Out Challenge is a similar head-to-head reaction game if you want another tabletop unit alongside it. See the full electronic games range for everything else.

Dear Joanne,
Please do pass on my thanks and best wishes to the two guys who set up and took down the equipment on Friday night. They were a real credit to your company, polite, courteous and hard working and made everything seamless.
Arranging a BBQ for over 120 children and adults is quite stressful but with their professionalism, everything ran smoothly.
Best wishes
Matt – Head of Boarding (SLT)
