iWall Interactive Gaming Wall

The iWall - an interactive gaming wall made by CSE Entertainment in Finland - is a big two-screen wall unit where the games are controlled by moving your body. Players step onto the marks on the floor mat in front of it and the sensor does the rest, with no controllers, no headsets and nothing to hand out or collect back at the end of the night. The games respond to how you move: lean, jump, dodge and reach, and the screens answer.

Around twenty games come installed on the unit. The ski titles, Ski Jump and Ski Cross, are the headliners, and they rub along with Top Shot Soccer for the footballers, Grand Slam Baseball, Disc Golf, the Parkour runs, Street Racing and the rest of the list, with new games arriving on the unit by update. Between them there's enough range for a whole class to rotate through an afternoon without seeing the same game twice, and short rounds mean the queue keeps moving at a busy event.

Several of the games can be played seated, including from a wheelchair, which matters for the school, college and community bookings where everyone in the group has to get a turn on the same terms. It's that quality, along with the big screens and the body-tracking, that makes the iWall work at school reward days, college and university events, festivals, family fun days and corporate evenings.
