Corporate Event Hire Gosport

Corporate event hire in Gosport runs strongly on the naval side of the peninsula. We've supplied the officers' summer ball at HMS Sultan with laser clay pigeon shooting, the rodeo bull, a magic mirror photo booth, Western carnival games, the army assault course and inflatable axe throwing, and we go back to the Sultan family fun day year after year. Gosport sits about fifteen miles from the yard in Havant, M27 then the A32, and the businesses along the Daedalus site book their corporate days with us too.

Summer balls and fun days on the peninsula

An officers' ball is an evening booking with a difference: the guests are in mess dress, the venue is historic, and the entertainment has to fit around a formal programme. The mix we took to HMS Sultan covered both moods, with target sports and a rodeo for the competitive streak and the magic mirror for the laughing groups. A company fun day for one of the Daedalus businesses runs differently, with families on the grass and a spread of inflatables, and a company sports day wants organised heats with a finish, which is where the Last Man Standing Sweeper earns its keep.

Gosport isn't a town where we wonder about the ground. The Summer Passport Scheme, the holiday programme Gosport Borough Council runs for local young people, kept us busy through the whole of 2026's summer, from a Zorb Racing day in July to the final session in mid-August, taking in the Solent seafront on the way, and a Gosport Scouts weekend camp had the pedal go-karts and an assault course out as well. Bigger public venues like Stokes Bay and Walpole Park ask for proper paperwork before anything goes up, and ours is ready.

What goes where on the site

For the outdoor half of a corporate day, the assault courses come with fixed requirements we'll check against your ground. The 150ft Army course draws six 13amp sockets, Boot Camp Challenge needs four plus drive-on access and 110ft of clear flat ground, and the ten-metre climbing wall needs the vehicle right up against it. Short rounds keep the queue down, with the Sweeper and Dash N Grab taking eight players at a stretch and the High Striker and Multi Sports Arena soaking up the rest.

When a staff party or awards night moves inside, the electronic range runs off ordinary 13amp sockets: interactive darts, arcade machines, air hockey, shuffleboard, table tennis, the dance machine and racing simulators, with the photo booth arriving with its attendant. A sports hall, a mess annexe or a hotel room all take that list, given the ceiling height and floor level are ordinary.

Paperwork and people

A fair chunk of the range always comes with our operator on it, the Sweeper, the climbing wall, archery, laser clays, human table football, the Multi Sports Arena, the pedal go-karts and Dash N Grab among them, so a Gosport booking brings its own supervisors. Procurement gets the £10 million public liability certificate, including the licensed-premises extension the messes and clubs tend to ask about, plus the risk assessments and method statements. Inflatables are PIPA-tagged and traceable on the national database, and the electrics are PAT-tested.

Fifteen miles, M27 then the A32, is close enough that we can be on site early and still have the van back for another delivery. We've been family-run, Joanne and David Morris, since 2002, and nothing on a Gosport booking is sub-hired from anyone else.

The Gosport event hire hub is the place for the full list of what we deliver locally. For kit that suits corporate work, see rodeo bull hire in Gosport, shooting games in Gosport, assault course hire in Gosport and photo booth hire in Gosport. The corporate and team building events page sets out the whole range, and the Sweeper and interactive darts each have a product page.

Send the date, the venue and its postcode, roughly how many are coming and whether they're staff, families or a mix, the format, the team sizes and the timings, plus the details of the space: indoor, outdoor or both, its size, the surface, the access and the power. Whether it's an office manager arranging it or an event agency acting for a client, the same details apply. We'll come back with a price and the paperwork, and any procurement date the certificates need to land by can go in the same email. Send us whatever is ready and the quote starts from there.

The guys who delivered and set up were polite and professional the whole time and made our day run smoothly, would highly recommend and I look forward to working with them again soon.
