Corporate Event Hire Chichester

Corporate event hire in Chichester covers the city, the Goodwood side of the district and the country out to Petworth from our unit in Havant, about twelve miles west along the A27, so it's one of the shortest runs we do. The company work splits into Christmas parties at the venues around the city, team-building days on country ground, and function-room entertainment wherever a company has a room to fill. What we're asked for most is evening attractions with a queue, plus summer formats wherever there's lawn.

Christmas parties and function rooms

A company party at Goodwood Racecourse had the snowboard simulator set up indoors with its winter scenery and fairy lights around it, which is what the December bookings tend to ask for: a centrepiece attraction that works under a ceiling. The rodeo attachments, the photo booths and the electronic games fill the same brief, and the plug-in range, interactive darts, air hockey, shuffleboard, table tennis, the dance machine and the racing simulator, runs off standard 13amp sockets with no special power, with several of them coming with one of our team.

Team building outdoors

When there's lawn or park space, the team-building formats open up. A team-building day in Petworth had an inflatable assault course out on the grass, and the range runs from the 150ft Army assault course, which anchors a sports day with timed heats and needs six 13amp sockets, down to Boot Camp, the 100ft two-lane option wanting four sockets, drive-on access and around 110ft of flat ground. The climbing wall stands ten metres tall and needs vehicle access to the site, and the rodeo bull settles on any flat 20ft by 20ft patch with about 10ft of clear height. Short rounds matter on a busy pitch: the Sweeper and Dash N Grab both take eight players at a time, and the Multi Sports Arena covers five sports with our operator running the changeovers.

Several pieces always arrive with an operator, including the Sweeper, the climbing wall, archery, laser clays, human table football, the Multi Sports Arena, the pedal go-karts and Dash N Grab, so the staffed items can carry the schedule while the drop-and-collect games run themselves.

Practicalities for a Chichester booking

District venues run from city function rooms to barns, fields and paddocks out under the Downs, and the practical sums hold everywhere. The van parks within 50 metres of the pitch, the way in needs to be at least 36 inches of width throughout, and each inflatable takes a 13amp socket within 20 metres. If the venue is inside the old city walls where the streets run narrow, say so at enquiry stage and we'll plan the unloading around it. Venue managers, councils and procurement teams tend to want the documents early, and that's fine: the insurance is £10 million public liability with licensed premises covered, the inflatables carry PIPA tags inspected annually by our in-house RPII inspector, and the risk assessments and method statements are written and ready.

The Chichester event hire hub is the local starting point, and the garden games hire in Chichester page covers the giant games, the crazy golf and the staffed axe throwing, with the space each one needs. The corporate team building page goes through the formats, and the sweeper page has the detail on that item.

An enquiry with the date, the venue and postcode, the delegate numbers, the format and rough team sizes, and the timings is enough to start a quote. Add the size and surface of the space, whether it's indoors or out, the access and the power position, and any procurement deadline, and we'll do the rest.

A very big thanks to the man you sent with the hire equipment for doing a great job and being very pleasant. We will be sure to use you for future events.
