Corporate Event Hire Fareham

Corporate event hire in Fareham is our shortest corporate run, about eleven miles and twenty minutes up the M27 from the base at Havant, which is why weekday bookings and late additions usually work. The demand comes from the business parks around Whiteley and Solent, and it leans towards staff family fun days and summer BBQs as much as structured team building. CooperVision have had us in for a staff family event in this part of Hampshire, which sets the tone of what gets booked.

Family days and the summer calendar

A Fareham family fun day or summer BBQ usually spans the ages, with colleagues' children on the castles and karts while the adults queue for the assault course. The pedal go-karts have adjustable seats covering ages five to adult and travel with one of our operators, and the optional track needs a 20m by 15m area, two sockets and driveable access. When families are coming, give us the age range at the enquiry stage, since not every product card suits every child.

The climbing wall is ten metres tall and needs clear vehicle access, so it suits the business-park lawns and the hotel grounds around Titchfield better than a tight courtyard. The rodeo bull beside it wants 20ft by 20ft of flat ground and roughly 10ft of headroom, and the operator who comes with it sets the speed for each rider. Between the anchor pieces, short rounds on Dash N Grab or the football speed cage stop a single queue forming anywhere.

The hotel side of the district has produced work as well. A company celebration at Orange Grove Hotel and Gardens, the Victorian mansion at Sarisbury Green, went Wild West with the rodeo bull and the Wild West inflatable, and a company evening up at New Place, the manor-house conference hotel at Shirrell Heath, ran the racing simulators indoors. A booking at a venue like those keeps the plug-in range as the wet-weather plan for the day.

Team-building days at the Solent parks

For structured team building, human table football takes two teams of five with everybody held to the padded bars, and the Multi Sports Arena covers volleyball through to five-a-side, with our operator running the changeovers. Combat Tag Archery is a five-a-side game that works on grass or in a sports hall, and traditional archery turns four people round at once. When the afternoon runs to a scoreboard, the magnetic leaderboard keeps the standings readable from the far side of the room.

The 80ft Big Red course uses three sockets and driveable access, and it carries a heats-and-final structure well when the day is built as a company sports day. An away day out towards Wickham can take the full outdoor spread, and the shooting games hire in Fareham page covers the laser clays and laser tag for the competitive end of it. Hotel function rooms in the winter take interactive darts, air hockey, shuffleboard, table tennis, the dance machine, the racing simulators and the photo booth, all on 13amp sockets.

Close enough for midweek

Because the drive is short, set-up times can be early or late and a two-hour Friday slot is not a problem. For procurement, the cover runs to £10 million public liability including licensed premises, everything electrical is PAT-tested, and the risk assessment and method statement go out alongside the insurance certificate. The crew are first-aid trained and enhanced-DBS registered, and the kit and staff we quote are our own, with nothing sub-hired in at the last minute.

The Fareham event hire hub pulls the whole range together, with local pages for the assault course, rodeo bull and photo booth strands of a corporate day, and the Christmas entertainment page for the office party season. The parent corporate events page lists every product in the range.

To get a quote moving, send the date, the venue and its postcode, delegate numbers and age range, the format, team sizes, the timings, the indoor or outdoor space and its size, the surface, the access, the power and the rough mix you have in mind. Any deadline your procurement team sets for the insurance or the method statements can go in the same email.

I can't recommend Monster highly enough - their flexibility, positive attitude and willingness to go over and above is why we continue to use them year on year.
