Corporate Event Hire Cobham

Corporate event hire in Cobham comes off junction 10 of the M25 on the A245, between Weybridge and Leatherhead, about fifty miles from the yard in Havant. It's a quieter patch than our Hampshire towns, and the work that fills it runs on school events and private functions, with company days along the M25 and A3 corridor taking the same kit. One of the town's preparatory schools has booked us for years for its events, which says something about how a Cobham booking is won: someone checks the paperwork properly, then keeps booking.

What a Cobham company day looks like

The corporate bookings that suit this patch are the ones that share the school-calendar shape, a reward day or a family fun day on decent grounds where staff and their families drift between activities. Sports-day formats work the same way, with timed heats and a leaderboard for the competitive departments. For an evening do, the hired halls and hotel rooms around KT11 take the indoor range instead, and the Christmas party entertainment page sets out how December bookings usually run.

On the grass

Where there's a proper lawn or a school field to work with, the assault courses anchor the day. The 150ft Army Assault Course takes six 13amp sockets and a good stretch of flat ground, Big Red covers the same idea on a shorter pitch, and gardens that won't take a course take the garden games instead, which is the pattern on this side of Surrey. The climbing wall stands ten metres and needs the van beside it, the Sweeper and Dash N Grab keep the queues moving, and archery or tag archery give the day a steadier pace between the loud bits.

In the room

The indoor list is where the high-value kit lives. Interactive darts and the Batak Pro reaction wall are the two that get everyone talking, and the darts have already run at a London company induction where nine activities kept more than 500 delegates busy through the day. The racing simulators, arcade machines, air hockey, shuffleboard and table tennis plug into ordinary sockets, the dance machine stays indoors, and the photo booth comes with its attendant for awards nights and Christmas dos.

Who turns up and what they carry

Staffed items come with our own operators, people who are enhanced-DBS registered and first-aid trained and who stay for the whole hire. Every inflatable wears its PIPA tag and gets its annual inspection from our in-house RPII inspector, the electricals are PAT tested yearly, and we own the lot outright, so there's no third-party crew turning up in a different livery. Joanne and David Morris have run Monster Event Hire from Havant since 2002. Risk assessments, method statements and the £10 million public liability certificate are ready whenever a procurement step asks for them, and they travel with the quote.

The fifty-odd miles up the A3 and round the M25 is in the quote the same as any distance, and the generator rides on the van for sites where the sockets are out of reach. Parking for the van is worth sorting early on the residential roads off the A245, and the access route helps us plan the load. Tell us both when you enquire and the day runs itself from there.

The Cobham event hire hub lists the full local range, the Weybridge corporate page covers the town next door, and the team building and corporate hub carries every format with the kit that suits each one.

Send the date, the venue and postcode, how many people are coming, the shape of the day, timings, the measurements and surface of the space, whether it's indoors or out, and the access and power details, and the quote comes back with what fits and what it needs, certificates attached.

Used for years at our school events. So professional and easy to deal with, they know the ropes inside out. Can recommend the perfect features for your event, they have a brilliant selection.
