Corporate Event Hire Woking

Corporate event hire in Woking comes from the business parks across GU21 to GU24, and our vans are up that way most weekends through the season for the school and community dates, so a weekday or evening set-up is easy to slot in. It's about 45 miles north of the workshop at Havant, A3 most of the way. We ran a school sports day in the town in June 2026, and the KFC office staff event we ran out at Chobham, a few miles north, is the corporate booking on the board for this patch.

Sports-day formats suit a Woking lawn. The company version needs one anchor race, enough short games that nobody waits long, and a way of keeping score, and we can supply the timed heats and the leaderboard alongside the kit. An induction or team building day is built the other way, with small teams rotating between stations on a timetable, and a summer BBQ or family fun day takes a looser mix where the age range is worth knowing in advance. The Chobham job for the KFC office crowd was that shape, an afternoon of stations the whole staff could drift between, and it is the sort of booking the GU21 to GU24 offices can run without closing for the day.

The pieces that make a company sports day

The Army assault course in its 150ft form is the usual anchor, and it draws six 13amp sockets. The two-lane Boot Camp Challenge is the alternative when drive-on access and 110ft of clear flat ground are available, on four sockets. The climbing wall stands ten metres and needs the vehicle right beside it, the rodeo bull takes a flat 20ft by 20ft area with about 10ft of clear height, and for the gaps there's the Sweeper and Dash N Grab at eight players a round, plus the High Striker and the Multi Sports Arena.

Indoors at the hotel

GU21 to GU24 is well supplied with function rooms, and the indoor range fills them. Interactive darts, the arcade machines, air hockey, shuffleboard, table tennis, the dance machine and the racing simulator plug into ordinary 13amp sockets, several with our team running them, and a photo booth gives an awards night or a Christmas party its keepsake corner. For a conference or an away day with a morning of sessions, the same list gives the afternoon something to do.

The June 2026 school sports day we ran in Woking took the camouflage obstacle course onto a school playing field, and the corporate days at the business parks go to the same sort of ground. The kit pitches within 50 metres of the van, the way in is at least 36 inches wide, and every inflatable runs off a 13amp socket within 20 metres.

Operators come with the Sweeper, the climbing wall, archery, laser clays, human table football, the Multi Sports Arena, the pedal go-karts and Dash N Grab, and the rodeo always has someone on the control box. Joanne and David Morris have run Monster since 2002 from the commercial unit in Havant, every inflatable carries its PIPA tag with an annual inspection by our own RPII inspector, the electricals are PAT tested, and the office is open Monday to Saturday nine to five and Sundays ten to four. Staff are on the enhanced-DBS register and first-aid trained.

The A3 run north covers about 45 miles and the quote is built with it in mind. Business-park lawns, hotel grounds and school playing fields are the usual surfaces, and if the nearest socket sits well away from the kit, the generator comes with us. Tell us the access route when you enquire and we'll plan the load round it.

The Woking event hire hub lists the full local range, and the assault course hire in Woking, rodeo bull hire in Woking and photo booth hire in Woking pages cover the pieces companies book together. December dates are on the Christmas entertainment Woking page. The corporate team building page carries the whole range, and the Sweeper makes a good finish to any sports day.

Send the date, the venue and its postcode, the delegate numbers, the format, team sizes and timings, the measurements and surface of the space, whether it sits indoors or out, the access, the power and any product mix already shortlisted. A procurement deadline can go in with the enquiry, and the certificates come back with the quote.

The two lads you sent down to set-up and break down were excellent and both had brilliant attitudes, a really good advert for your company!
