Corporate Event Hire Camberley

Corporate event hire in Camberley runs on two calendars, the Surrey Heath offices at the Frimley and Yateley business parks and the military events over at Sandhurst. It's around 45 miles from our Havant unit, M3 nearly the whole way. HR teams round GU15 to GU17 book the summer fun days and the Christmas dos, and the Royal Military Academy keeps us coming back for the bigger evenings.

Work we've run on the Sandhurst patch

The military bookings are what bring us up the M3 year after year. In June 2026 we spent a sunny evening with the military in Sandhurst, and two months later we ran the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst's Commissioning Ball, where the Speed Reaction Chaos game and the Gold Cup horse racing kept the competition going late into the night. The Chaos game runs four player stations, and the Gold Cup gives four people a short head-to-head race off one standard socket, which is why the pair of them suit a ballroom floor.

For the offices, a single attraction or a full multi-stop fun day both get the same treatment: the kit is ours and it arrives with the operators who will run it, so there's no agency hand-off and no change of crew on the day.

Formats for the GU15 to GU17 offices

A team-building day usually works in rotations, with fixed groups moving between stations while the scores build up on a leaderboard. Company sports days take an anchor race with short games either side of it. The summer BBQ and family day formats are looser, and the December staff parties fill the hotels across Surrey Heath from late November.

Outdoors, the anchor options are the 150ft Army assault course at six 13amp sockets, or the 100ft Boot Camp Challenge, which wants four sockets, drive-on access and around 110ft of clear flat space. The climbing wall is ten metres tall and needs the vehicle alongside it, and the rodeo bull settles on any flat 20ft by 20ft area with roughly 10ft of clear height. Short rounds fill the gaps: the Sweeper takes eight as a knockout, Dash N Grab runs eight in quick bursts, and the Multi Sports Arena switches between volleyball, basketball, netball, badminton and five-a-side with our operator handling the changeovers.

Function-room bookings take the plug-in range, with interactive darts, arcade machines, air hockey, shuffleboard, table tennis, the dance machine, a racing simulator and a photo booth all running off ordinary 13amp sockets, several of them staffed.

Paperwork for the Surrey Heath venues

The licensed venues round here usually want the insurance certificates early, and that's straightforward. The cover runs to £10 million public liability with licensed premises on it, risk assessments and method statements are ready for the events team, and the electrical side is PAT tested each year. Joanne and David Morris have run the firm since 2002, and everyone on the crew has passed the RPII operator and supervisor exams.

Local pages worth a look are rodeo bull hire Camberley, assault course hire Camberley, photo booth hire Camberley and garden games hire in Camberley, with the Camberley event hire hub listing the rest. The corporate team building page covers the formats in more detail, and the climbing wall page has that item's requirements.

Tell us the date, where it's happening and the postcode, how many delegates are coming, the format you're planning, the team sizes and the timings, and we'll put a shortlist together. If the space is outdoors, we'll need the surface, the measurements, the access route and the nearest power, plus any deadline your procurement team has set.

The guys who delivered and set up were polite and professional the whole time and made our day run smoothly, would highly recommend and I look forward to working with them again soon.
