Corporate Event Hire Harrow
Corporate event hire in Harrow covers the office parties, away days and staff events of a north-west London borough, from a hotel function room in Harrow on the Hill to a sports day out on company grass. Harrow is about 85 miles from our unit in Havant, A3 first and then the M25, towards the top end of our range. Round north London we've run sixth-form leavers' days and big public playdays with kit that included the laser clay pigeon shoot, the rodeo bull, last man standing and a run of inflatables.
Evening dos and day formats
An office party or Christmas do in Harrow usually lands in a hotel or function room, and the plug-in range fits those straight away: interactive darts, arcade machines, air hockey, shuffleboard, table tennis, the dance machine and a racing simulator, with the photo booth attended all evening. An awards night wants that list plus a leaderboard, and a summer staff party or family fun day out on grass moves to the inflatables.
The rodeo bull fits a hall or a lawn so long as there's a flat 20ft by 20ft area, about 10ft of clear height, a standard socket and a metre of access, and it always arrives with an operator who sets the speed for each rider. For the daytime formats, the courses set the pace: the 150ft Army Assault Course takes six 13amp sockets, Boot Camp Challenge takes four with drive-on access and 110ft of clear flat space, and the 80ft Big Red takes three.
The London practicalities
Around London, the practical details earn their keep. Permit-only streets and car parks that fill up by mid-morning both change how we unload, so the parking situation goes in the enquiry. Our terms ask for kit sited within 50 metres of the van, an access route at least 36 inches wide and a 13A socket within 20 metres for each inflatable's blower.
For the facilities or procurement team, here is what comes as standard. The Sweeper, the climbing wall, archery, laser clays, human table football, the Multi Sports Arena, pedal go-karts and Dash N Grab all come with our own operators. The public liability cover runs to £10 million, with the licensed-premises extension for anything in a hotel bar, risk assessments and method statements are ready to send, and the climbing wall, rodeo and Sweeper hold ADIPS inspections. Our staff are first-aid trained and enhanced-DBS checked, and the electrics are PAT-tested.
Eighty-five miles, A3 then the M25, puts Harrow at the far edge of the map, and we treat it that way with early load-outs and a firm arrival time, but the kit and crew are identical to anything nearer the yard. We've been a family business since 2002, run by Joanne and David Morris, and the whole fleet is ours, with no agency layer between the quote and the delivery.
The Harrow event hire hub lists what we deliver to the borough, and the garden games hire in Harrow page covers the giant games, crazy golf and table tennis for smaller dos. The corporate team building page has the full corporate range, the Sweeper and interactive darts have product pages of their own, and Brent and Barnet sit next door on their own area pages.
To get a quote together, send the date, the venue and postcode, the numbers, the format, team sizes and timings, the space and its measurements, the surface, access, parking and power, and a rough product mix. If procurement needs the insurance certificate or the method statements by a set date, include it and we'll meet it.
The day went well and we did a sterling job of raising awareness of the charity in the Southampton shopping centre. Please pass on our thanks to Jamie, your rodeo operator. He was very friendly, professional and extremely helpful.
