Corporate Event Hire Farnham

Corporate event hire in Farnham comes from the business parks south of the town and the country-house hotels around Tilford and Frensham, so the work splits between lawn-based days and function-room dos. The drive up from the base at Havant is about 35 miles, A3 then the A31, and we make it most weekends through the season. What follows is the kit, the space sums and the paperwork side of a Farnham booking.

Away days on the Surrey side

An away day or company sports day on a Farnham lawn usually starts with the 80ft Big Red course, which needs three 13amp sockets and driveable access, and builds out with short rounds so nobody stands about waiting. The Sweeper runs eight at a time as a knockout, Dash N Grab takes eight over quicker rounds, and the High Striker and the football speed cage give the non-runners something to compete at. A family fun day on the same field can carry the bouncy castles and the pedal go-karts as well, with the go-kart track wanting 20 metres by 15, two sockets and a route the van can drive on.

When the day is a team-building session with rotations, human table football splits the group into two teams of five, everybody fixed to a padded bar, and the Multi Sports Arena changes sport by sport under our operator's supervision. Tag archery, usually five a side, suits grass or a hall floor, and traditional archery gives four people a turn at once. A scoreboard afternoon finishes on the magnetic leaderboard with names and scores shifting as each round closes, and marketing teams and event agencies tend to book this shape when there's a prize-giving to finish.

Hotels, ballrooms and December

The country-house function rooms around Farnham take the indoor range once the evenings draw in. The dance machine, air hockey, shuffleboard, table tennis and interactive darts each need a standard socket and a corner of the room, and a photo booth or the magic selfie mirror gives the Christmas party its keepsake. Four players at a time race the Gold Cup Horse Racing game off a single socket, which goes down well once the speeches are done. Rodeo attachments in reindeer or Christmas pudding trim come out from November.

Distances, staff and paperwork

The run out is about 35 miles north, A3 then the A31, and our own crew makes it with the fleet we own outright. For the venue or the procurement file, the risk assessments and method statements are written per booking, the inflatables carry PIPA tags checked annually by our in-house RPII inspector, and the electricals are PAT-tested. Everyone who comes out is enhanced-DBS registered, first-aid trained and has passed the RPII operator and supervisor exams, and someone answers the phone Monday to Saturday, nine until five, and Sundays from ten to four.

Everything else we run locally is on the Farnham event hire hub, with assault course, rodeo bull, photo booth and garden games pages for the separate sides of a day. The Christmas entertainment Farnham page takes the December side, the corporate events page carries the full list, and the interactive darts card shows the indoor end of the range.

An enquiry with the date, the venue and postcode, delegate numbers, the format and team sizes, the timings, the measurements of the room or lawn, the surface, the access, the power and a rough product mix is enough for us to quote from. If there's a deadline on the insurance certificate or the method statements, say so and we'll meet it.

We used this company for our recent corporate staff event. Excellent communication from start to finish. Arrived on time and had great interaction with the staff on the day. We will 100% be using them again.
