Corporate Event Hire Petersfield

Corporate event hire in Petersfield comes from the district's offices, schools and smaller firms, and it's our shortest regular run, about fourteen miles up the A3 from the Havant workshop. We worked with East Hampshire District Council on its community festival for five years from the very first one, so council-grade paperwork holds no surprises for us.

Sports days on Petersfield lawns

A company fun day or sports day around GU31 and GU32 usually happens on a school field, a village green or a country-house lawn, and the format decides the kit. A sports day wants organised heats and a scoreboard, an away day wants rotations around stations, and a summer BBQ with families invited wants a spread of ages catered for. Give us the shape of the day and the numbers, and the list builds itself.

For the anchor attraction, the 80ft Big Red course uses three 13amp sockets and needs driveable access, while Boot Camp runs two lanes but wants four sockets, a drive-on route for the lorry and 110ft of clear, flat ground, so the choice between them usually comes down to the site. Around the headline race, the Multi Sports Arena switches between volleyball, basketball, netball, badminton and five-a-side football with our operator handling the changeovers, and the High Striker and Dash N Grab take quick turns that keep everybody moving.

Churcher's College has had us back for its summer open day with laser clays and laser tag, which is the school side of our Petersfield work, and the same kit serves a company day just as well. Laser clay pigeon shooting is staffed throughout, as are archery, the climbing wall and Dash N Grab, so those stations come with our own people to run them.

The indoor side suits the hotels and halls in town, with interactive darts, air hockey, shuffleboard and a photo booth all working off ordinary 13amp sockets. A staff Christmas party or a small awards night can be run entirely inside if the weather turns on you.

The paperwork the council taught us

Five years of the East Hampshire festival means our compliance pack is well thumbed. Insurance runs at £10 million public liability with licensed-premises cover included, PIPA tagging is current on every inflatable, checked each year by the RPII inspector we employ in-house, and our staff hold the RPII operator and supervisor exams, first-aid certificates and enhanced DBS checks. Risk assessments and method statements are attached to the quote, and outdoor inflatables travel with an anemometer and the written 24mph wind rule.

Everything we send up the A3 is on the Petersfield event hire hub, with the assault course hire, rodeo bull hire and photo booth hire pages covering the individual pieces. The shooting games hire in Petersfield page has the laser clays and archery in detail, and the corporate team building page covers the formats. The Sweeper is one of our regular anchors for a sports day.

Ring the office or use the enquiry form with the date, the venue and postcode, delegate numbers, the format, team sizes and the timings. A note on the space, whether it's indoors, outdoors or both, with its measurements, surface, access and power, plus the rough mix you fancy and any procurement deadline, and we'll come back with a quote and the paperwork.

I can't recommend Monster highly enough - their flexibility, positive attitude and willingness to go over and above is why we continue to use them year on year.
