Corporate Event Hire Andover

Corporate event hire in Andover comes from the business parks east of the town and the hotels across SP10 and SP11, with the Test Valley show calendar adding the bigger summer dates. It's around 47 miles from the Havant workshop, A3 to the M3 and then the A303, which is one of our longer runs but a routine one through the season. Andover College has us back term after term for student days, and the corporate diary gets the same crew, kit and paperwork as any of them.

Recent work around Andover

The run into Andover is well worn. We supplied the green-screen photo booth, the Under Pressure speed reaction game and a bungee run for the Andover College freshers fair in September 2026, and the applicant days each June take the photo booth alongside a 3-in-1 sports inflatable. The college's All That Glitters evening in December 2025 had Rodney the rodeo reindeer, the Christmas photo booth and the Christmas dance machine filling the hall, and the staff Christmas parties at the business parks east of the town fill the December weekends in between.

What Andover companies book

The family fun day is the big summer format here, usually on a business-park lawn with colleagues' families invited and everyone from small children to grandparents to keep happy. Away days and team building run on group rotations with a scoreboard, which is the format HR teams ask us for most, and the hotels around the town take awards nights and conference socials where the entertainment fills the evening after the speeches. Christmas party enquiries start landing in October, and the earlier ones get the pick of the diary.

Kit-wise, the climbing wall makes a strong anchor for a Test Valley fun day: it stands ten metres tall, needs clear vehicle access to pitch, and comes with our own instructors. The assault courses give the day its race, the rodeo bull pulls a crowd at a staff party, and laser clay pigeon shooting suits the venues where noise would carry to the neighbours. Human table football and the short-round games fill the gaps, so nobody stands in the same queue all afternoon.

Hotels, halls and the indoor option

Andover's hotel function rooms take the plug-in range. The dance machine, racing simulator, interactive darts, air hockey and photo booth each run off a standard 13amp socket, and most of them travel with a member of our crew to run the session. When a day splits between grounds and a room, we plan the two zones separately, because ceiling height and floor level rule kit in and out faster than floor area does.

For procurement, the crew all hold the RPII operator and supervisor exams, and the risk assessments and method statements are written up and ready for your file before the booking is confirmed. We run from a commercial unit in Havant with everything under one roof, and the office answers Monday to Saturday 9 to 5 and Sundays 10 to 4, which covers most of the urgent pre-event calls.

The Andover event hire hub holds the full local list. The assault course hire Andover page sizes the courses, the photo booth hire Andover page covers the booths, and the shooting game hire in Andover page deals with the laser clays. The corporate team building page carries the wider range, with product pages for the climbing wall and Dash N Grab.

Send the date, the venue with its postcode, delegate numbers and the age range if families are coming, the format and rough timings, team sizes, what space you have and its measurements, the surface, access, power and any product shortlist. If procurement needs documents by a set date, say so at the start and the pack is attached to the quote.

I can't recommend Monster highly enough - their flexibility, positive attitude and willingness to go over and above is why we continue to use them year on year.
