Farnborough Event Hire, Party Hire

Farnborough is about 43 miles north of the workshop, A3 then A331. We're across GU14 most weekends through the season for school fairs, scout group events, family parties, and a particularly steady flow of corporate bookings at the business parks around the Farnborough Aerospace Centre and the Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre.

The corporate market around Farnborough tends to expect proper event paperwork. For venue-based bookings - conferences, product launches, staff family days - we supply the insurance certificate, risk assessment, method statement, PIPA tags and PAT certification on request, with DBS-checked operators on the day. The corporate event hire Farnborough page pulls the GU14 business-park work together in one place.

Bohunt Farnborough had us in for reward days in March and July 2026. The March booking used the rodeo bull, 60ft assault course, laser tag and the Chaos reaction game, with another end-of-year event following in July.

For bouncy castles, inflatable assault courses, larger inflatables or rodeo rides in Farnborough specifically, we've got separate pages that list what we send up the A3 and A331 most often - bouncy castle hire Farnborough, assault course hire Farnborough, inflatable hire Farnborough and rodeo bull hire Farnborough. For corporate events, weddings and school proms in GU14, the photo booths sit on the photo booth hire Farnborough page. From November the December dos get their own page too: Christmas party entertainment Farnborough, with the rodeo reindeer, the Christmas photo booth and the electronic games that fill a staff party. Reward-day mixes like the Bohunt Farnborough booking sit on the garden games hire in Farnborough page. Student organisers get a page too: student event hire in Farnborough covers reward days, leavers' celebrations and freshers' fairs.

Monster Event Hire were absolutely brilliant, from swift email communication to attentive service on the day. The students (250 of them) had an incredible time and Dave and the girls were outstanding. I would definitely use them again and look forward to developing this over the coming years. Thank you!!

Event hire in Farnborough - common questions

Do you cover all of Farnborough and the GU14 area?

Yes. We're across GU14 most weekends through the season, including the business parks around the Farnborough Aerospace Centre and the Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre, and out to Aldershot and the surrounding villages. Farnborough is about 43 miles from our Havant workshop, A3 then A331, and our own crew makes the run rather than a sub-contractor.

Are you insured and inspected for corporate and school bookings?

For Farnborough bookings we hold £10 million public liability, with a PIPA tag and a yearly inspection by our in-house RPII inspector on every inflatable, PAT-tested electrics, and staff on the enhanced-DBS register. Venue-based bookings can have the insurance certificate, risk assessment and method statement sent to a company event team or a school office on request.

Can you supply several attractions for one Farnborough event?

A corporate family day or school fair usually combines a bouncy castle, an inflatable assault course, a larger inflatable, a rodeo bull and a photo booth. Tell us the date and how many are coming.
