Assault Course Hire Weybridge

The assault courses do their best work in Weybridge on the private-school reward days, where the sports field gives them the flat run they want and the pupils give them a queue all afternoon. We bring the kit up from Havant, around fifty miles up the A3 and across the M25, and the same van covers the schools, the garden parties and the weddings in between.

Three courses, three footprints

Which course comes out depends on the field and the sockets. The 150ft Army Assault Course is the big one and it needs six 13amp sockets to run, so it goes where the site has proper power behind it, like a school field. The Boot Camp Challenge runs two lanes side by side down its 100ft length, wants four sockets, drive-on access for the van and 110ft of clear flat space, and the two lanes are what keep the queue moving when the whole year group is out. The Big Red assault course covers a shorter run on three sockets, which is the one that fits where the pitch is tighter or the power is thinner.

How the day is built

On a reward day we put the course on the sports field and spread garden games through the rest of the grounds, so nobody stands in a line for twenty minutes between goes. If the event runs into the evening, a photo booth indoors picks the day back up once the running about is done. For the grown-ups' end of things, a garden party or a wedding with room to spare takes a rodeo bull alongside the quieter kit.

Every inflatable travels with its PIPA tag and the annual inspection done by our own RPII inspector, the electrics are PAT tested each year, and the staff who run the course are enhanced-DBS registered and first-aid trained. The £10 million public liability certificate, risk assessments and method statements go out whenever the school's office asks for them. The fleet is ours outright, so the crew that turns up is the crew you booked, and we've been running it that way from Havant since 2002. Parking for the van is down to whoever books the site, and a school day goes more smoothly when the access and build schedule reaches us at booking, so we can plan the unload around the timetable.

The Weybridge event hire hub lists everything we take up the A3, and the Weybridge corporate event hire page covers the office end of the patch.

Tell us the date, the venue, the length of the field and how many sockets you can reach, along with the numbers coming, and we'll say which of the three courses fits and what it needs.
