Rodeo Bull Hire Weybridge
In Weybridge the rodeo is mostly the grown-ups' ride at a garden party or a wedding, set out on the lawn with room to spare while the quieter kit does the rest of the day. The rodeo bull arrives with its own operator, and the van comes up from Havant, about fifty miles up the A3 and over the M25, which is a run we already make for the schools and offices between Woking and Richmond.
The ride and the room it wants
The base unit takes seven attachments, so the ride can match the crowd: bull, pig, sheep, rugby ball, pumpkin, reindeer and Christmas pudding. The bull and the rugby ball are the usual picks for the grown-ups, and come December the reindeer and the pudding come out for the Christmas parties. The ride needs a clear 20ft square of reasonably level ground, indoors or on grass, plus one 13amp socket nearby, and if the nearest socket is too far for a lead the generator comes along on the van.
Riders need to be 10 or over and at least 1.2 metres tall, both of which the operator checks at the queue, so a family party with younger children wants a bouncy castle or garden games alongside for the ones too small to ride. The bull spins and bucks and most people come off reasonably quickly, which is exactly what the timer and the padded surround are for, and the operator winds the pace up for anyone who asks for a faster ride.
How it sits in a Weybridge day
At a wedding or garden party the rodeo runs alongside the garden games, with the timing built around the marquee build and the caterers. On the school reward days it's one of the anchor rides with the assault course on the field, and the photo booth takes the evening. The Weybridge corporate event hire page shows the office-day version, and the Weybridge event hire hub carries the whole local range, including the corporate days over at Guildford.
The operator travels with the ride, controls the speed and runs the queue, and every member of staff is enhanced-DBS registered and first-aid trained. We've been family-run from Havant since 2002, the kit is all ours, and the £10 million public liability certificate, risk assessments and method statements go out with the quote whenever the venue or the school office wants them. Where the van parks on the day is down to the hirer, and a marquee build benefits from the access and build schedule coming through at booking.
Give us the date, the venue, the size of the lawn or room and where the power is, plus the numbers riding and the timings, and we'll confirm the rodeo fits and what it needs.
