Inflatable Hire Surrey

Surrey inflatable hire covers the larger kit: assault courses, obstacle courses, sweeper-style games, gladiator joust, big balls and the longer challenge pieces. They run most weekends through the summer on school fields across the GU postcodes, council fun days around Guildford and Farnham, and corporate days at the A3-corridor business parks. The bigger inflatables need space, anchorage, an access route the units will actually fit through, and a tested 240v supply within reach, so we ask for the site details at quote stage rather than discovering them on the day. Every unit is PIPA-tagged and inspected annually by our in-house RPII inspector, the electrical equipment is PAT-tested, and the outdoor wind procedure uses an anemometer with a 24mph cutoff. If the venue or your office wants the insurance certificate, risk assessment and method statement, ask for them when you enquire and we will send them through with the quote.

The larger inflatables usually go out as part of a bigger Surrey booking. A school fair or corporate fun day will often run them alongside a bouncy castle for the younger ones, an inflatable assault course for the older children, a rodeo bull to draw a crowd, and a photo booth for the evening. The Surrey event hire page covers everything else we run into the county.

These are the bigger fun-day units that fill a Surrey showground or corporate day: assault courses from 50ft to 150ft, sweeper-style games, zorbing and the Wipeout-style challenges. Each Surrey site wants open level space, room for the anchor points and a 240v supply within reach, usually two or three standard sockets, and for fields with no power we bring a generator. Everything we send to Surrey is owned outright, stored at our Havant workshop and inspected there each year: PIPA tags on the inflatables, PAT tests on the electrics, and an in-house RPII inspector signing the annual checks. Our crews hold RPII operator and supervisor exams, first-aid certificates and enhanced DBS checks, we carry £10 million of public liability insurance, and the certificate goes out whenever a Surrey venue asks to see it. The bigger inflatables usually go out as part of a larger Surrey booking, with a bouncy castle for the younger children, a rodeo bull to draw a crowd and a photo booth for the evening. The Surrey event hire page covers everything else.

They are reliable, professional, personable and provide well maintained safe inflatables.

Inflatable hire in Surrey - common questions

What counts as a large inflatable, and which ones do you bring to Surrey?

These are the bigger fun-day units: the longer assault and obstacle courses, sweeper-style games, the gladiator joust, big balls and the longer challenge pieces. They run most weekends through the summer on school fields, council fun days around Guildford and Farnham, and corporate days at the A3-corridor business parks. Tell us the headcount and the space and we will match the right units.

How much space and power do the bigger inflatables need?

They need open, reasonably level space, room for the anchor points, an access route the units will actually fit through, and a tested 240v supply within reach, usually two or three standard 13amp sockets depending on the unit. For field sites with no power we bring a generator. We ask for the site details at quote stage rather than discovering them on the day.

Are the larger inflatables staffed?

It depends on the item. Some are staffed by a trained operator where the unit requires it, and the rest can be self-supervised by your own marshals once we have set up, anchored and tested them. Tell us which you would prefer and we will confirm what each unit needs.

Are they inspected and insured for council and school events?

Every unit sent to Surrey is PIPA-tagged, inspected annually by our in-house RPII inspector, PAT-tested on the electrical side, and run by enhanced-DBS registered staff. We carry £10 million public liability cover and can send the insurance certificate, risk assessment and method statement to a council office or school on request.

You inspect other firms too?

We do. Surrey sits inside our PIPA inspection territory: as well as our own hires, we carry out the annual safety inspections and RPII operator training for other hire companies across the county. What we audit other operators against is exactly what we apply to our own kit.
