Photo Booth Hire Weybridge

A photo booth does its best work in Weybridge once the event runs into the evening, which is why the school reward days and the wedding receptions book it for indoors while the bigger kit spends the afternoon outside. Every booth travels with its own attendant from our workshop in Havant, around fifty miles up the A3, and the same trip covers the schools, gardens and function rooms between Woking and Richmond.

The booths and what they need

The green screen photo booth is the enclosed option, and the magic mirror is the one people crowd round, an open walk-up mirror that talks back and prints on the spot. The mirror is the popular pick at the weddings we do round here. Both need a level floor, a bit of wall space and a 13amp socket within reach, and both come with props and prints on the night. There's also a combination video and photo booth when the event wants video messages as well as stills.

Where it fits in the day

On a school site the booth goes indoors and runs into the evening while the inflatables are packed away, and it's a straightforward slot in the reward-day mix alongside the assault course and garden games. At a wedding the booth usually sits in the marquee or the function room and picks up once the speeches are done. The Weybridge corporate event hire page shows how the same booth rounds off an office party, and the Weybridge event hire hub lists the rest of the range.

The attendant who sets the booth up runs it all evening and packs it down, they're enhanced-DBS registered and first-aid trained, and the booth's electrics carry the annual PAT test. Joanne and David Morris have run the business from Havant since 2002, everything on the van is ours with no sub-contracting, and the £10 million public liability certificate and the risk assessments go over to the venue whenever the school office or the wedding planner asks. Tell us the room dimensions and where the nearest socket is when you enquire, and we'll confirm the booth fits before you commit.

Send the date, the venue and its room size, the rough guest numbers and how late the booth needs to run, and we'll come back with availability and the print options.
