All Ages Princess Bouncy Castle Hire - 15ft x 16ft

The all-ages princess bouncy castle - sometimes called a princess bouncer or a fairytale castle - is a pink and purple inflatable with fairytale princess artwork across the pillars, the roof and the back wall. Blonde princesses in pink and blue gowns stand on the front pillars, three more look out from windows along the roof, and there is a princess and a frog on the inside back wall. The walls carry a pink brick-pattern finish, so it reads as a proper fairytale castle once it is inflated on site, and the peaked roof doubles as a fitted cover over the bounce area.

It measures 15ft wide by 16ft deep by 15ft high. The front is open so you can keep an eye on everyone from outside, and it comes with crash mats at the entrance. At 15ft by 16ft it fits most gardens and sports halls, but it stands a fair height, so flag any low branches, washing lines or a low garage ceiling when you enquire. A flat, well-drained grass surface or hard standing works best, and it runs off a blower from a standard mains socket.

Despite the fairytale theme it is built for all ages, not just little ones, so the grown-ups can get on too. That makes it a useful pick for children's birthday parties, christenings, family gatherings, school fun days and community events where the age range is mixed. Caroline Carlin booked one of our princess castles for her daughter's birthday and told us afterwards that "the kids loved it", and that she would be recommending us to other parents.

How we hire it out

We've run Monster Event Hire from our unit in Havant since 2002, and all the kit is ours. The person who delivers and sets up is one of our own staff, not a sub-contractor. Everyone on the road has passed the RPII operator and supervisor exams, is first-aid trained, and is enhanced-DBS registered, which matters if you are booking for a school, a children's party or any event with young people or vulnerable adults. The equipment is PIPA-tagged and inspected annually by our in-house RPII inspector. We carry £10 million public liability insurance, with the certificate available on request, and we hold additional licensed-premises cover, so there is no issue if your venue is a pub, club or bar.

If you are after a princess castle for younger children, we also keep the smaller Princess Bouncy Castle and Princess Pink Bouncy Castle at 12ft by 14ft, and a Princess Castle with Slide if you want a slide built in. For mixed-age parties and weddings there is the Celebration Bouncy Castle, and we carry the same all-ages 15ft-by-16ft size in our Fairground Bouncy Castle and Big Top Bouncy Castle too. Browse the full range of children's bouncy castles and adult bouncy castles, or tell us your venue details when you enquire and we will check the castle fits your site.

Frequently asked questions

Is the princess bouncy castle suitable for adults as well as children?

Yes. This is the all-ages version of our princess castle, built to take adults and children together rather than just little ones, which is why it appears in our adult bouncy castles range too. The 15ft-by-16ft size gives enough room for a mixed-age group. If you want a princess castle sized for younger children only, the 12ft-by-14ft Princess Bouncy Castle is the one to ask about.

How much space do I need for the princess bouncy castle?

The castle is 15ft wide by 16ft deep and stands 15ft high, and you need clear room around it for the blower, the crash mats and safe access. A flat, well-drained patch of grass or hard standing is ideal. The height is the thing people forget, so flag any low branches, washing lines or a low garage ceiling if it is going indoors, and let us know about narrow gates or slopes on the way in.

What are the characters on the princess castle?

The artwork is fairytale princesses rather than any one branded set of characters - blonde princesses in pink and blue gowns on the front pillars, three more in windows along the roof, and a princess and a frog on the inside back wall. It is pink and purple throughout, so it reads as a princess castle from across the garden.
