Candy Floss Hire

Candy floss - sometimes called cotton candy - is spun from sugar into the familiar fluffy cloud on a stick. We bring the machine and stall to your venue, set up on site, and either run it ourselves for the whole hire or hand it over with a short demonstration so you can operate it yourselves.

The stall is 8ft x 8ft and 7.6ft high. It runs off a standard 13amp socket and works indoors or outside on a flat surface. Sticks and bags for serving come with the kit.

The sight and smell of it bring people over before they've decided whether they want one, so it tends to work well alongside other activities at school fun days, village fêtes, summer fairs, birthday parties, corporate fun days, charity fundraisers and wedding receptions.

If you’d like one of our staff to run it throughout the hire, we bring someone along. If you’d rather do it yourselves, we set up and show you how it works before we go. Sticks and bags are included either way.

We’ve run Monster Event Hire from our unit in Havant since 2002. All the kit is ours - no sub-contracting. The electrical equipment is PAT-tested annually by a certified tester. Our staff are first-aid trained and hold enhanced DBS certificates, which matters if you’re booking for a school event or children’s party. We carry £10 million public liability insurance, with the certificate on request, and additional licensed-premises cover for pubs, clubs and bars.
