Garden Games Hire in Croydon
Garden games hire in Croydon starts with giant versions of games your guests already know. South London gardens and courtyards often run smaller than the lawns we see at home, so the notes below cover the space each item needs before you settle on a list of games.
Filling a south London lawn
The garden game package is giant Connect 4, giant snakes and ladders and a Jenga tower delivered in one booking. Nothing plugs in, guests run their own turns, and children and adults can all take part. We set the three games out, explain them at handover and come back to collect them.
London schools book us every summer for leavers' days across the capital, and we keep the boroughs those schools sit in unnamed. The kit itself suits halls, courtyards and walled gardens where ground is limited.
Golf for smaller ground
The original crazy golf course runs on nine flat mats, each around 8ft by 2ft, with white borders, a windmill and the putters and balls supplied. The mats are the smallest part of the sum; leave standing room at each hole and a clear path between them, and measure the space including its walkways before you commit. Crazy Golf 2 is the other course, built by JB Inflatables with raised artificial-turf holes, shaped runs and painted hazards. It plays its best version on a run of level grass, so ask before choosing it for a tight courtyard.
One staffed game among the casual ones
Inflatable axe throwing is the staffed option if your day includes organised sessions: Velcro-headed axes at a printed target, one 13amp socket, and a member of our team beside the lane throughout. The inflatable is PIPA-tagged and inspected annually by our in-house RPII inspector. When rain moves the day indoors, table tennis covers it with a flat covered floor, room behind both players, and the net, bats and balls included.
We've traded since 2002 from our commercial unit in Havant, and every item on this page is based there.
See the Croydon event hire hub for the wider kit, the garden games range for the full list, or the Sutton garden games page next door. Bouncy castles for younger children sit on the Sutton bouncy castle hire page, which covers that side of south London. Send us the date, venue, measurements, surface, access and guest numbers, along with any games you're adding, and we'll quote.
It was lovely to see all the crazy golf set up and waiting for us when we arrived at the reception. It was enjoyed by many of our guests, young (18 months) and old (92 years)!
