Mini Golf Hire

Mini golf hire - sometimes called portable mini golf, mobile mini golf or a pop-up putting course - is our newer of the two golf sets. Each hole is a raised section of artificial grass, with a bright putting green edged in longer-pile rough, painted bunkers and water hazards along the way, a sunken cup with a red pin flag, and a numbered tee mat so each player starts from the right spot.

The holes each have their own layout - doglegs, winding runs and a couple of longer serpentine courses - so the round stays interesting past the first couple of holes. They go down in a line or spread across the lawn, whichever suits the space, and they sit straight onto flat grass with nothing dug in. Putters and balls come with the kit, and guests work round at their own pace, which makes it an easy side entertainment at weddings, birthday parties, summer corporate days, school fetes, village festivals and charity fundraisers.

We still run the original crazy golf set as well - the flat putting mats with the windmill that Tamara and Adrian had at their wedding reception - so if you'd rather have both courses out at once, or you're weighing up the two looks, we can talk you through the difference. The newer set gives a slightly smarter, more course-like finish, with the hazards and shapes moulded into the holes rather than hurdles sat on top.

We take the mini golf out across Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex and London, with delivery, setup and collection included, and it sits happily alongside the garden and giant games and the rest of the sports and competitive range. We've run Monster Event Hire from our unit in Havant since 2002, all the kit we hire is our own, and we carry £10 million Public Liability Insurance with risk assessments available for your venue's paperwork.
