Garden Games Hire in Southampton
We hire giant garden games and portable crazy golf for Southampton weddings, corporate fun days and school fairs. The giant games let guests join in when they're ready, while the golf gives them a course to work round. If you're planning games on a lawn and inside the venue, we can help choose equipment for each space before you settle the activity list.
Games guests can pick up themselves
The giant games package brings Connect 4, snakes and ladders and the Jenga tumble tower together. All three run without power, suit children and adults, and can stand on a lawn or flat indoor floor. We deliver, set up and hand over the package, then collect it afterwards; guests don't need one of our operators to take them through each game.
For a longer activity, the original crazy golf course has nine individual putting mats with obstacles including a windmill. Putters and balls are supplied. It works indoors too, but each mat is roughly 8ft long by 2ft wide and you'll need room between holes for players to move. The raised, shaped turf holes of Crazy Golf 2, made by JB Inflatables, give you another outdoor course to consider.
Allowing for the room as well as the lawn
Table tennis suits a flat indoor floor or covered space, with the net, bats and balls included. Keep room at both ends for players to step back; an empty corner that just takes the table won't be enough for a game.
The giant buzz wire can go on grass or a hard floor, but it needs one 13amp socket and a member of our team stays to run it. It's about 9ft long, so include it in the floor plan along with the golf and furniture. Our electrical equipment is PAT-tested annually.
School reward days with organised sessions
Our Southampton work in July 2026 included tag archery and inflatable axe throwing at one reward day, then laser tag and the crossbow challenge at another. Those bookings show the more active side of the range. Combat tag archery comes with an operator to brief players and referee, so allow for organised sessions if you add it to the casual lawn games. Our school event hire page covers planning around pupil groups and the timetable.
We own our hire equipment and have run the business from our commercial unit in Havant since 2002. The team is RPII-qualified, first-aid trained and enhanced-DBS registered, with £10 million public liability cover and risk assessments and method statements available for your venue.
See Southampton event hire for other equipment, the complete garden games selection, or Winchester garden games hire for a venue further north. Send your enquiry with the date, preferred games, guest numbers, access, indoor and outdoor measurements, surfaces and hire timings so we can check the fit.
Joanne is always incredibly helpful and patient with providing quotes, suggesting things that may work, putting together a package that never fails to disappoint.
