Garden Games Hire in Lymington
Garden games suit the pace of a Lymington wedding or village event, where guests graze between the games all afternoon. Out on the New Forest edge the planning question is usually the ground itself: gravel drives, cambered lawns and pine-needle borders all change where a putting hole or a giant tower can stand.
Reading the ground before choosing
Every game in this range wants the same two things: level ground and a clear run. A Forest-edge lawn usually has one good flat quarter and a rest that's worth avoiding, so when you enquire, tell us which corner gives way to gravel and where the lawn tips, and we'll plan the holes around the ground you've got.
What we'd put down
The garden game package takes up whatever flat patch you give it: giant Connect 4, giant snakes and ladders and a giant Jenga tower, set out, left running and collected, with no power anywhere in it. The original crazy golf lays nine flat mats of roughly 8ft by 2ft with white borders and a windmill across grass, paving, decking or a flat indoor floor, putters and balls supplied. Crazy Golf 2 is JB Inflatables' raised course with shaped turf holes and painted hazards, the better match for a kept lawn, and it wants the ground checked just the same.
Staffed games and indoor cover
Laser clay pigeon shooting fits the bigger gardens and grounds that turn up this far out, five shooters at a time over a 30m by 10m level run, staffed throughout with a scoreboard announcing the hits, and the basic setup runs without mains. When the ground calls it off or the forecast turns, table tennis keeps a game going indoors or under a marquee on a flat floor with room behind both players.
Everything that arrives comes from our own Havant fleet, running since 2002, with operators RPII-examined, first-aid trained and enhanced-DBS registered, £10 million public liability cover and risk assessments plus method statements for venues.
The full garden games range and the Lymington event hire hub cover the town, bouncy castle hire in Ringwood sits on the same patch for the bigger inflatables, and garden games in Ringwood is over west too. Send us the date, the venue and what the ground does, with surface, access, timings and rough numbers, and we'll work up a quote.
It was lovely to see all the crazy golf set up and waiting for us when we arrived at the reception. It was enjoyed by many of our guests, young (18 months) and old (92 years)!
