Garden Games Hire in Lewisham
Lewisham events tend to run on volunteer energy, from school fairs to charity days and family celebrations across the borough. Garden games fit that style of day because guests start and stop on their own terms, with nothing to plug in and nobody needed to explain the rules. The space notes below cover what each item asks of a site.
Games guests start themselves
The garden games package is giant Connect 4, the snakes and ladders ground mat and a Jenga tower, hired as one set. Guests wander up, play as long as they like and wander off, which is exactly the pattern a busy fair or party wants. Children and adults share the kit, nothing needs switching on, and it stands as happily on a flat indoor floor as on grass.
London school leavers' days take up a share of our summer term, with the vans crossing the city most weeks of it.
Measuring before the booking
Measure the space first, walkways and access route included. The original crazy golf course needs a flat base, and its nine mats, roughly 8ft by 2ft apiece, want standing room around them for putting and strolling between holes; the putters and balls come with it. Crazy Golf 2 is the raised set, built by JB Inflatables, with painted hazards, sunken cups and shaped artificial-turf runs. It sits differently on the ground from the flat mats, so run your measurements past us before the site plan is fixed.
Power, supervision and a plan for rain
Table tennis is the wet-weather answer, asking for a flat indoor or covered floor and room behind both players, with the table, net, bats and balls all supplied. For a day with organised play in it, inflatable axe throwing runs from one 13amp socket, is staffed by our operator throughout, and sits on a PIPA-tagged inflatable inspected annually by our in-house RPII inspector.
Nothing on this page comes in from another hire firm; the kit is ours outright and the crew who bring it are our own employees.
Start with the garden games range and the wider Lewisham event hire pages; the London area hub rounds out the city picture. Garden games in Croydon is the neighbouring page for anyone weighing venues. Enquire with your date, venue, space, surface, access route, numbers and preferred games, and we'll come back with a price.
It was lovely to see all the crazy golf set up and waiting for us when we arrived at the reception. It was enjoyed by many of our guests, young (18 months) and old (92 years)!
